Erica was a wonderful support through pregnancy, labor, and beyond. She is very knowledgeable and offers her information in a non-judgmental and supportive way. During the labor process, every symptom she warned me about ended up happening, so I felt prepared to cope through every stage of the labor. She was hands on when I asked her to be, and was able to offer great suggestions of how to make me more comfortable through the contractions. She supported my husband in joining her as a coach through my delivery. She kept up with us after we got home and really cares about us and our new baby!

We wound up finding Erica through our birth doula after our original postpartum doula didn’t work out. It was the most fortuitous thing that could have happened; Erica was nothing short of phenomenal. She immediately made a connection with our daughter and really helped our family establish our new equilibrium. We felt cared for and cared about. Erica was amazing at the birth of our first baby. She somehow managed the perfect balance between being involved and helpful while also gave my husband and I space to do what we needed to do as a couple. She knew when to encourage and coach me to progress my labor and when to provide a gentle presence. Erica arrived at our birth at the perfect time. She was able to coach me in a way that I progressed from 4cm dilated to 10cm in an hour. I barely spent anytime pushing. I attribute that to her coaching and knowledge about laboring positions. She provided comfort during contractions and had a calm yet strong energy during the entire process. With Erica I always felt as though I had someone in my corner. Both my husband and I were thankful to have Erica by our side.
