As your birth doula, my goal is to walk alongside you to advocate for you/yourself, helping you feel safe, empowered, and deeply cared for as you welcome your baby.

 

Here’s how our time together will look:

 

Warm Initial Consultation

 

Our journey begins with a relaxed, 30-minute meeting for you or you and your partner to explore what a supported, nurturing birth can look like with a doula by your side. In this conversation, I’ll listen closely to your wishes and any concerns, ensuring we create a foundation of trust and understanding.

 

Thoughtful Prenatal Guidance

• Access credible, evidence-based resources to support your birth journey and help you make decisions that feel right for you and your baby.

• Learn techniques to manage the sensations of labor, including breathing, comfort exercises, and Spinning Babies movements that encourage optimal positioning and smoother progress. Each session is designed to nurture your confidence, ease, and readiness.

 

Nurturing Labor & Birth Support

 

As labor begins, I’ll be there to provide continuous, compassionate support. My focus is on creating a calm, loving environment, and I’ll be by your side for:

• Gentle guidance in labor positions to help you find comfort and encourage labor progress

• Soothing massage and pressure techniques to ease discomfort

• Clear explanations of each stage to help you feel informed and in control

• Verbal affirmations and visualizations, helping you focus and find strength

• Breathing support to create calm and ease during intense moments

• An understanding, compassionate presence, ready to honor your feelings, needs, and every part of your journey

 

Package Features

• Two nurturing prenatal planning sessions, starting at 37 weeks to connect, plan, and create a birth experience that reflects your hopes.

• On-call 24/7 from 38 weeks onward—I’m just a call away for any questions, reassurance, or last-minute support.

• Three lovingly prepared meals during your postpartum visit, so you can focus on bonding with your baby (client provides food).

• 3 hours of in-home postpartum support, where I’ll help with early newborn care, easing you into this tender, transformative time.

• Baby room organization for a warm, practical, and comforting space.

 

A 50% retainer is due at the time of signing, with the total investment divided into two parts.

 

Additional Care Options

 

For added support, placenta encapsulation is available (add-on fee).

I offer a safe, compassionate space where you can share your feelings, questions, and concerns without judgment. Whether you’re experiencing moments of joy or moments of doubt, I’m here to provide reassurance, encouragement, and understanding as you navigate the emotional journey of new parenthood.

 

Expert Newborn Care Guidance

With my guidance, you’ll feel empowered to care for your newborn with confidence. I’ll walk you through practical skills like diapering, bathing, feeding, and soothing techniques, making sure you feel secure and supported every step of the way.

 

My Areas of Expertise Include:

• Thorough understanding of postpartum recovery – I’m knowledgeable in the normal signs of healing following both vaginal and cesarean births, so you can feel reassured as your body recovers.

• Emotional support and recognition of early signs of postpartum mood and anxiety disorders – I am trained to help you recognize the signs and symptoms of postpartum mood shifts, providing emotional support and connecting you to resources if needed.

• Comprehensive newborn care guidance – Including feeding support (breast, bottle, or both), soothing techniques, swaddling, diapering (cloth and disposable), and newborn sleep guidance.

• Flexibility with different parenting philosophies – I respect and support all parenting styles and am here to help you implement your personal wishes with confidence and consistency.

• Knowledge of normal growth and development patterns – I’ll help you understand what to expect in terms of newborn growth and weight gain.

• Meal and snack preparation – Helping to nourish you as you adjust to life with a newborn.

 

My commitment is to ensure you feel supported, knowledgeable, and at ease in your new role as a parent. I’m here to help create a gentle, reassuring postpartum experience tailored to your unique needs and preferences.​​

I understand that the birth experience and the postpartum period can be challenging for new parents. I offer a comprehensive doula package with personalized support for both birth and postpartum. As your doula, I will help you create a birth plan that aligns with your preferences, providing emotional and physical support throughout the birthing process. After your little one arrives, I will assist you with postpartum care for the first two months, 2 days a week, (8) hour shift, answering your questions and providing guidance on infant care, breastfeeding, and more.
