As your birth doula, I provide steady, evidence-based, and culturally-centered support so you feel safe, informed, and empowered as you welcome your baby.
This is intentional, hands-on care — not just presence, but preparation and advocacy.

Complimentary Consultation

We begin with a 30-minute consultation (with or without your partner) to explore your vision, answer questions, and ensure we are the right fit.

Prenatal Preparation (2 Visits – Third Trimester)
​
During our prenatal sessions, we will:
• Develop a personalized birth plan aligned with your values
• Review evidence-based options so you can make informed decisions
• Practice labor comfort techniques (breathing, counterpressure, positioning)
• Incorporate Spinning Babies movements for optimal fetal positioning
• Prepare your partner with clear, supportive roles
These sessions are structured to build confidence, clarity, and readiness.

Continuous Labor & Birth Support
From active labor through the immediate postpartum period, I provide:
• Hands-on comfort techniques (massage, counterpressure, positioning)
• Calm guidance through each stage of labor
• Clear communication so you understand what’s happening
• Emotional grounding and reassurance
• Advocacy support to help you feel heard and respected
You will not labor alone.
On-Call Support
• 24/7 on-call availability beginning at 38 weeks
• Unlimited phone and text support throughout pregnancy

Postpartum Transition Support
​
• 3 hours of in-home postpartum care
• Early newborn guidance and transition support
• Baby room organization for a calm, functional space
• Three prepared meals during your postpartum visit (client provides ingredients)

Investment & Payment Structure
A 50% non-refundable retainer secures your due date.
The remaining balance is divided into two scheduled payments.
Flexible payment plans available upon request.

Postpartum Doula

Postpartum Doula Support
Investment: $45 per hour
4-hour minimum per daytime visit
8-hour minimum for overnight support
In-home postpartum care designed to support your recovery, confidence, and transition into parenthood.
The early weeks after birth are tender. You deserve steady, knowledgeable support so you can focus on healing and bonding with your baby.
Support May Include:
Emotional & Mental Wellness
• Processing your birth experience
• Grounded, non-judgmental support
• Education on postpartum mood changes
• Resource referrals when needed
Physical Recovery Guidance
• Education on normal healing (vaginal & cesarean birth)
• Encouragement of rest, hydration, and nourishment
• Monitoring for signs that require provider follow-up
Newborn Care Education
• Feeding support (breast, bottle, or combination)
• Soothing techniques and reading infant cues
• Swaddling, diapering, and bathing basics
• Newborn sleep foundations
• Understanding normal growth and development patterns

Multiples Policy
Families with twins or multiples are billed at $55 per hour due to the increased level of hands-on support required.
Travel Policy
A travel fee applies for distances exceeding 32 miles from Bel Air, Maryland
